lots of updates!!

Sorry this post is so long!!! I have been slacking pretty bad so I'm going to try to get everything caught up. So we will start with Easter, it was pretty fun. We hung out with both families and had lots of fun. When we were at the Brian's parents house we went out and rolled eggs. This was something new for me, but it has been a tradition in the Jensen family for a while. They roll the eggs down the hill and you get so many and if one of your eggs survives then you win but if an egg breaks open then you run and get the egg yolk and start a yolk throwing fight. I didn't get involved with the fight this year, but next year I am super excited to show them my skills. :)

After we rolled the eggs we went back to his parents house and his brother found these balloons where you blow them up and you release them and they make an annoying noise and they go up in the air. So we played with those forever. All the neighbors were looking at us crazy and came out of their houses to figure out what was going on.

Here is what the balloons looked like. My family knows these well because we got 5 packages of our own to take to my family. It was lots of fun!! hehe During the Easter holiday we stayed at my dad's because we didn't want to have to keep driving back to Rexburg. So while we were staying there we decided to burn all of Brian's Best Buy shirts, name tags and business cards to have a little fun. Of course we took lots of pictures and the fire was crazy hot!! Brian, me, Tyler, Tracy and my dad all had a little fun with this.

bad news

For those who don't know Brian lost his job at Best Buy. He is looking for something, but the job market is not so good right now. He migh be getting a job at the Hotel that his mom works at. But keep us in your prayers and I'll let you all know whats new with that. Other then that things are ok, I am trying to pick up shifts at work, we are both finishing school this week. Pretty excited for break. My back is feeling a little better, but it still hurts pretty good. I hope that everyone is doing good!!

update...

So my back is doing much better, but it still hurts. Tonight will be my first night back to work and I am hoping that it goes well. I know that my co-workers will help, i'm just worried that i will forget and do something that will hurt my back. Its getting better slowly and soon it will be 100% better!!! I can't wait for that. :) Love everyone and hope things are going good!

Back Pain

So yesterday I went to the Urgent Care here in Rexburg because I couldn't stand or walk. I have been in bed for two days now and i'm taking lots of drugs. I am still in lots of pain and can't do much and I am so grateful that I have such an awesome and caring husband. He has been really understanding and trying to help me as much as he can. We are hoping that the pain goes away soon, but we shall see how soon it does. I'll keep this posted on my progress and when I am all better which we hope is very soon. Love you all

I just wanted to put a couple of pictures of my Neice Abby...she is Tyler and Tracy's and she is the cutest, but these pictures show some of her faces!! She loves her Aunt Becca and I love that she loves me! eheh She is just to dang cute!! Sorry Trac you can still put these pictures on your blog too!! hehe :)

ROTC fun for Brian

Here are some pictures of Brian's latest adventure in his ROTC class. He got to ride in Black Hawk helicopters and then they flew to a place outside of Rexburg and did combat drills with their paintball guns and had lots of fun. When they got to the paintball area, Brian found out they would be playing against professional paintballers, but the very first guy Brian "killed" was the head guy of those said professionals that tried to give Brian a little "advice" before they started to play. So Brian of course likes to brag about that. But one of his friends that is a professional photographer took these pictures and I love the one with the temple, I like it a lot. But yeah this is our fun, because all I do is work so I don't get to do fun stuff like this. :) but yeah hope everyone is doing amazing!!! Love you all!

recent accidents... :)

So lately me and Brian have been hurting ourselves. Brian at work one day decided to shoot a balloon out of the rafters up in the ceiling at Best Buy. The employees usually do this so Brian didn't think anything of it. Well he got a paper clip and un wound it and made it a little bullet and even sharpened the end that was going to hit the balloon. Well he got his rubber band and was getting ready to shoot it and he let go and it went right into his finger, and of course it also had an exit wound. He didn't notice the exit wound until he went to show his friend and there was blood on both sides. The next day he went to work a big plastic sign started to fall on him and he ended up hitting his thumb on it and he started bleeding from a cut he got. That night he called me and said he was bleeding again and I didn't want him to go back to work cause I thought he would come back bleeding again. Now my latest injury there was no blood thank goodness. But one day I was getting ready for class and all of the sudden I got really hot and then really dizzy so I was turning around to go to my bed to lay down and BAM I blacked out. Brian thankfully was right there and grabbed my arm so that my head wouldn't slam on the floor like the rest of my body. After I realized what happened when Brian was talking to me I started to cry cause it scared the crap out of me...but I'm ok. I did hit my butt/hip on the door frame and I have a pretty good bruise there now. I would have a picture but I don't think that a picture of my butt would be a good idea. We don't know what caused it. But I haven't done it sense so so far I'm good. :) So yeah that's our latest we keep injuring ourselves, but at least we are still alive and healthy!!
